Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Final pickup at 3:00 pm.We are closed on all public holidays.
You are tasked with ensuring the appropriate packaging of your orders. Couriers will not assume responsibility for any damage to products resulting from inadequate packaging by the customer.
Refunds, determined on a case-by-case basis, will be credited to the original payment method. Our policy is as follows:
- 100% refund if canceled before a Courier is en route for pickup.
- 50% refund if canceled when the Courier is en route or unable to pick up (e.g., package not ready, unable to contact pickup customer).
- No refund if canceled or failed once the Courier has left the pickup address or is en route to drop-off.
- No refunds if the drop-off customer refuses the package.
Saskatoon serves as our primary service hub, but we extend our services to surrounding towns and suburbs.
For a Standard order, the cut-off time is 1:00 pm. For an Urgent order, the cut-off time is 3:00 pm. For Standard Return the cut-off time is 12:00pm. For Urgent Return the cut-off time is 2:00pm.
Currently, all customers must register an account with us in order to proceed with placing an order.
Due to the time-sensitive nature of deliveries, please contact us at (306) 850-8640 or admin@darto.ca between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm for any necessary changes; adjustments cannot be made directly through your account.
Couriers wait up to 5 minutes at the pick-up location. If the package isn’t received within this time, the order is marked as “failed,” and the customer incurs a 50% charge. Refer to our refund policy for details.
