Delivery options and rates (Same Day Service)

We provide you with choices that suit your unique needs. Our range of delivery options ensures flexibility, and our transparent rates empower you to make informed decisions. Here’s a snapshot of what we offer:

Standard ($12 and up)

Picked up and delivered before the close of the business day. Same day cut-off is 1:00 pm.

Standard Return ($20 up)

Couriers move from the pick-up location to the drop-off location and return to the pick up location within a business day. Same day cut-off is 12:00 pm.

Urgent ($20 up)

Picked up and delivered within 2 hours from the time the order is ready for pick up. Same day cut-off is 3:00 pm.

Urgent Return ($30 up)

Couriers move from the pick-up location to the drop-off location and return to the pick up location within 3 hours. Same day cut-off is 2:00 pm.

Redelivery ($20): Darto may need to attempt redelivery in cases where there is no one available to accept the delivery or if the recipient rejects the package.

Scheduled Deliveries:We have the flexibility to arrange your deliveries automatically, whether you prefer a daily, weekly, or monthly schedule.

Rates, cut-offs, and delivery guarantees are calculated per delivery, factoring in transit time, distance travelled, and the order placement and pick up time. We assure same-day delivery by 5:00pm
